John Wright is pleased to announce a very special edition of Goldilocks And Baby Bear made in conjunction with the release of the new book, Goldilocks, from Puffin Publishers in the UK! Goldilocks is constructed of the finest all wool felt and is fully jointed for playful posing. Her golden curls are made of fine imported mohair and frame her delicately hand painted face. Goldilocks features a sculptural body and childlike hands sewn with individual fingers. Goldilocks is dressed exclusively for this edition in the red cotton summer dress with a hand smocked bodice and dainty Swiss embroidered trim which she wears in the book. She has custom made striped stockings, fine cotton undergarments, and hand cobbled red leather shoes. In one hand Goldilocks holds a handcarved wooden spoon. Included with Goldilocks will be a delightful version of Baby Bear. With German glass pupil eyes and a molded leather nose, Baby Bear is made of fine wool mohair plush with felt paw pads and separate resin claws. Fully jointed, he measures eight inches tall standing.
